Jenn is phenomenal. I have been seeing her for 7 years now and refuse to see anyone else. She’s like a ray of sunshine and always is honest with me on if a hair cut or style will work with my hair. I’ve never had a bad experience with her and enjoy every time I see her for an appointment. She does book up fast and stays booked up so be sure to give her enough notice. I recommend her to everyone who is looking for a hairdresser.

Jenn is the sweetest and most professional hairstylist I have ever had. She respects everyone especially when there are multiple clients around and makes everyone feel at home. Her artwork around the office is beautiful and every time I get my hair done I feel so comfortable, like I'm with my family. Jenn is so talented and as long as I am in the area, no one else will ever touch my hair!

After trying several “highly recommended” and “overly priced” “gurus” in the area (when I first moved to the TriCities) I was always left feeling disappointed with their work and their professionalism. Jenn has been the go-to stylist for several people I know and I've heard of her talents for years. I kept my hair short and didn't need a stylist of her caliber until recently when Wifey asked me to grow my hair out. So, I did but I didn't know what to do with it and it grew in unexpectedly curly!
