I’ve been coming here regularly, and I’m always happy with the results. She has an amazing eye for style—when I explain what I want, she understands right away and gives me the perfect haircut every time. Bringing reference photos helps, but honestly, she just gets it. I’m truly grateful to have such an experienced Korean hairstylist and her salon here in this city. Highly recommend.

I got my hair done two weeks ago and have only washed it twice, yet the color has already faded back to my original shade. I wouldn’t recommend her at all—it seems like she used temporary dye, which definitely wasn’t worth what I paid. Very unprofessional. When I went back to the salon, instead of offering to fix it, she said, *“It’s your hair, it’s your problem! You asked for light brown, so I just did one step.”* I then asked, *“Do you not tone the hair if the color is uneven?”* and she replied, *“No, I don’t. If you want it fixed, I’ll charge you.”* How does someone run a salon with no skills or accountability for their mistakes? The worst part is that instead of defending herself, her neighboring shop friends jumped in to insist that this is just how the color is done!

I went to Hair Tech for the first time about a month ago. I was very pleased with the cut I got! I speak English, and the stylist's native language was not English, but that doesn't bother me. A picture speaks a thousand words and all you know! I got just the hair cut I wanted without having to chit chat, which is a + for me. I'm not really a chit chat kind of person. The shop is very bright and clean, and I was well served with lots of smiles. I walked out feeling great!

I live in Glendale CA, and I drive all the way to this salon in Artesia CA, just to get my hair cut. This shop is by far the best salon I have ever been to! The salon lady's are very kind sweet and friendly, they cut my hair exactly how I want it every time. I would recomened them to any and every one !! ☺
