One of the main things I appreciate is that they give you the space to browse and shop without hovering. Most hair stores tend to follow you around or constantly ask if you need help, but here, you can take your time and look around comfortably. My previous experiences at this establishment were positive, and I was a loyal customer until my most recent visit. During my last visit, I sought professional guidance on selecting the appropriate hair color and brand for a specific style for my daughter. Given the significant investment required for human hair, I was disappointed to discover that the product I purchased did not match my daughter's hair. Upon arriving at the salon, the stylist confirmed the color mismatch. Consequently, I had to purchase the correct color from a nearby store. I contacted Hair & Stuff 216 to request an exchange for the correct color or alternative merchandise, but was informed that returns are not accepted.
