If I could give zero stars I would. Tatyana was the one who did my hair and she ruined it! She doesn’t know how to do curly hair at all. My hair is super patchy now and uneven. She cut so much hair off, more than I asked for and doesn’t listen at all to what you ask for. I had to even style my own hair.. all of this for $300? The salon is ignoring my calls and when I called and asked for a manger they hung up on me. She bleached and colored my hair while it was wet. Didn’t use hair protection on my hair. The color faded after one wash in cold water and I had to recolor it myself

Don't believe the door -- walk-ins are NOT welcome. The most hostile non- service we have experienced. Storey: My husband and I opened the door, and the two hairdressers turned and looked at us in a way that reminded me of walking into a saloon on a western movie. Hostile. Suspicious. One of them actually said "Yes? What?" after a very long pause. I said, "Your door says walk-ins are welcome." "Oh," she said, "I didn't know it said that." "Well " I replied, "are walk-ins welcome?" "No," she snapped. " We're independent contractors." "Should you take it off the door then?" "I don't know anything about that " We left and went to a barber shop on I-40.

Took my daughter there for a hair cut. She is mixed race and has kinky curls. It’s taken her YEARS to grow her hair to shoulder length. She wanted a trim and some face framing layers. Tatyana did her cut and I thought all was well until I got in the car and my daughter burst into tears. She absolutely butchered her cut. First I should’ve been suspicious cause she shampooed her hair and upon researching further curly hair is supposed to be cut dry. Her hair is now at cheekbone height and so many parts of the cut are uneven. I understand hair needing to come off cause it’s dead but she could’ve at least made it look nice. I even mentioned that my daughter has curly hair and we needed a stylist that is good at cutting curly hair and for this to happen anyway is very upsetting.

ms tatiana is great, but no offense meant at all she does not listen to what is asked for, i specifically asked for my sideburns not to be touched then she went and shaved them up (unevenly too), i asked to leave the hair around my neck because i am growing out my hair, and i showed her multiple images, specifying that i only wanted a shape up, a light trim. she proceeded to chop 3 entire months worth of hair growth off, as if she didn’t listen to a single i had said. its just a haircut but jeez you need to listen to your client. tldr i can only speak on ms tatiana but would not recommend at all.

Each stylist books their own clients and sets prices independently. Michelle has been cutting and coloring my hair for years! Highly recommend. Also, I like to grab a bite at the Cafe Di Roma (next door) afterward.
