I wish I could give 0 stars! As a visitor to the area, I was disappointed when I arrived to the store before the advertised closing time to find the doors locked and the store dimly lit. A moment later, a lady exited the building and shared they closed at 7pm, although she’d prematurely closed the store at 6:50pm. If the store will close earlier than advertised, business hours should reflect this adjustment so potential customers are not misled or inconvenienced. It was especially irritating for the employee to recommend I go to CVS to purchase the items I needed, despite admitting CVS did not sell hair. Overall, a disappointing experience and major inconvenience.

i wa s there today . this big lady and a short lady told me i cant touch the wegg . i told her to bering it for me she went and got me the wtong one whe i told her to get me another onr they both yold me noore they will no go back downstires againtold me to live . she ony showed me one wigg i took uber to get therefrom brookli left sad. i decide to tske a bus tge bus droped me at nubby station start walking was mad tey did not seal me a wing then i look to my right i see kiki . i open the door it was heaven i spend 350 u name it they hot it the wiggg so pretty better than the lady . she made my day by being lazy thebig landy and the short one they send me to better cheapppper store i was going to complain to the owner tommorrw ambut not they saved me i thanked them the lost money but

I don’t know who this random big lady that came in recently is, but she absolutely ruined my experience for me. She is so rude and so unhelpful. I’ve been shopping here for almost a year now and this one lady that used to be here alone was so nice until this big ol lady came with the BIGGEST resting b face ever! Definitely lost a loyal customer. Sorry, not sorry!

If you want to totally be ignored and frowned upon, then this is the place. I walked in frown on the both ladies faces, never was asked if I could be helped, it almost felt as if I was bothering her, so I chose a wig and left probably would have spent more if they would have been willing to at least converse. They knew nothing about the wig and with the scowl on her face I didn’t want to push it so I left with a very unflattering wig.

I Love the Store, Wish they had More Stuff So I Don't have ta Go to Another Store 😞
