Let’s be honest! I don’t see why we as consumers continue to support “this” beauty supply. It’s 2 fairly young people who run the store and they are always rude especially the young lady (the man is okay) but I continued to come if other places are closed but today they locked the doors at 7:20 and I know they close at 7:30. Yes, I do see they hire and don’t discriminate but it doesn’t compare to the horrible customer service. The owners should be disappointed.

The Chinese lady is very rude for no reason didn’t want me talking on my phone while been in the store like really you ask questions bout products and the rudeness come out

I had a terrible experience with this store. When I got there every thing went as usual they followed me around when I saw the product that I wanted I asked if they had it in my color. The young lady that was helping me said she'd get it and meet me at the register, she was nice. I continued shopping and when I was ready to check out there were two packages the manager asked which one it was so I asked the young lady who helped me and she pointed out the package, I asked her if that was the one I picked out she said yes. It's important to know that I couldn't be sure myself because they don't trust their customers enough to let them hold the metchandise so I had to rely on her, so I checked out and left. Worrisome!! No young lady I don't need your help right now. You guys have 2 million items in your store. Please let me look in peace if I need you I'll holla for your assistance but right now, I just want to make sure I don't get cancer from wearing these $0.99 earrings. Go ask Mr.Ling for me please. This place sells expired products and needs to be reported. I don’t know if I’m coming their at the wrong time or what ...but their product have a very sour smell when you open them. even the lip glosses there are ALWAYS expired. I haven’t received a lip product that WASNT expired. All of their lipgloss are expired.
