Hair Sense Salon

I've been here at least four or five times, and because my hair is extremely heavy and too thick and difficult for me, they always get it right. They understand the texture and the struggles I have with it, they make every gray disappear, never leaving hair dye stains on my skin, always looking and feeling and smelling like a million dollars! I love every stylist here. They always take care of me. ❤️

04-06-2024: Upon entering the salon without an appointment, I was greeted by the familiar comfort of my previous positive experience with Kristie. This time, without requesting anyone specific, I decided to be open to the expertise of another stylist. Kathy stepped in to assist me, and her work was nothing short of remarkable. For a reasonable fee of $185, she skillfully dyed away the gray strands and trimmed a full 4 inches, revitalizing my look with a professional touch that suggested years of experience. It’s evident she’s mastered her craft over many years, making her the finest hairdresser I’ve encountered. As someone who’s quite selective about who manages my hair, I can assert that Kathy did an exceptional job. I’m thoroughly satisfied with the outcome. A heartfelt thanks to Kathy

My brother went to get a haircut and he needed an adjustment. The person cutting hair said, "no, this is too much labor!" Every place I've ever been to asks you after your haircut, "Does everything look OK?" He simply wanted his hair tapered and faded! Worst service! My brother is autistic and they treated him like a 2nd class citizen. After cutting the hair, minor adjustments are always made in any salon. It's your basic job performance duty! The hair stylist then back tracked and said in a snarky attitude, "this time, I'll be nice and make an adjustment for you!" What!? So she is being "nice" because she has a BASIC service duty to perform to the customer's basic expectations!? My brother felt they took sloppy shortcuts and half assed cut him hair. RUSHED AND OVERPRICED I get there, sat and they did a haircut for literally 5 minutes and charged me $60 for it. When I paid, there wasn’t even an option to do “No tip” they will just simply ask “How much do you want to tip?” And they will input it on their own. Don’t go here, it’s not even a fancy salon. Old fashioned and will trick you for your money.

Hair sense? I don’t think so. They just won’t listen how I want my hair cut to be. Told them in the beginning this is my style and want to keep it. However, that nonsense old lady starting to cut my hair the way she wanted to cut. I now look alike bootcamp marine. WON’T GO BACK ANYMORE!!! She doesn’t know how to cut men’s hair. This place makes no SENSE, Kathy!!! You don’t deserve one star.
