Never again decided to go get my hair done for my birthday and showed her the photo I wanted and she confirmed that she was able to do it. Then I seen the outcome of it and was not happy with it got the total opposite of what I wanted she chopped off a lot of my hair and I had to go to dinner afterwards looking like a disaster.

Worst experience ever. She has no idea what she is doing. My son and I had the worst experience there. Our hair looked horrible. When we went to pay they tried charging us more than the price they advertised, and when I said something, her husband started getting real aggressive. We had to go somewhere else to get it fixed. Please please avoid this place at all costs. You will regret going there. There is a reason their raiting is so low.

I had a wonderful experience the first time I went to this salon and wanted to go again. I booked online and received a confirmation email stating that my appointment was confirmed. I showed up to the salon ready for my appointment and it was closed. I called the number and the lady (assuming the owner) answered with an attitude. I stated that I had an appointment but the salon was closed. She said they were not opening again until August 3rd. I said “well I had a confirmation for an appointment for today at 9.” She said “well you need to check again because I didn’t confirm no appointment”. The lady had a bad attitude on the phone and was very rude. I have been having bertha do my hair for over 25yrs because she knows everything about hair she always sends me home with a smile rather it b a cut ..highlights roottouch up she is the 👌 best she always makes her customers feel welcomed 🥰thank you Bertha

Never never never having Bertha touch my hair again. She does not know how to color hair. I paid over 130$ for her to burn and mess up my hair. I had to go to Mary’s salon down the road for it to be fixed. HORRIBLE!! I’ve been a loyal customer for years and now it’s over.
