I’ll start out by saying the woman who worked with me was VERY nice. However, I had an expired Groupon and when that happens it becomes a credit towards your service and maybe it was a misunderstanding on my part when I told her this but she did not accept the credit I had already bought and am currently fighting with Groupon to get my money back. I went in for a blowout and TRIM. Another woman walked in and I was told by the person doing my hair that she’s a regular and from then on it felt like I was being pushed out. She said the blowout doesn’t include style (flat iron or curl) and that’s $20 extra. Went to get my eyebrows done, she is very professional, pleasant and polite. Im usually skeptical to try new places but after seeing my results, I loved it! Will definitely be coming back and recommend her 100%.
