I will no longer support this business or their behaviors. They have a history of profiling clients and I happened to be a victim today. I was followed around the store, my location was radioed over the intercom and I was “requested to need assistance twice”. I obviously did not purchase anything afterward I noticed what was going on after the employee specifically said, “my manager said you needed help.” I obviously picked up the hint I was shopping “too slow” and left the location- only to have the manager and other employees at the door inquiring why I was unable to locate anything to purchase. It was disappointing, embarrassing and overall stereotypical. It’s unfortunate that management /owners have this mindset of thinking that all black shoppers are thieves and should be treated

It's a decent store but I was offended that I could carry my purse because it's made like a back pack. It is a small tote and as a 54 year old woman they made me feel like a criminal. Mr charley told me I could lock it up in my car. So what am I suppose to do carry my wallet keys and phone in my hand? They don't have to worry about me ever going back.

Bought a human wig , it was shedding bad on day one, took it back-waited 3 weeks to get a notice on when I could exchange the wig !! Then went in and they had no wigs at all at all compatible price to the one I purchased… EJ was very nice and kind but he unfortunately took sick so I had to deal with the owner (who is usually very nice) but when I went in , he wasn’t great to deal with-maybe it was his son being ill but if you get product that’s bad I shouldn’t be treated funky and I hated having to spend my money there only because all they do are exchanges …. Especially when I felt like I was treated negatively. What I say won’t matter much but I’ll say it. I couldn’t wait till they get more stock to buy so I paid way more for a wig and God forbid it’s bad but anyways I said how I felt an

This store is so neat, clean and has everything you need! One stop shop! The staff is amazing and helpful and the management is top tier!!!
