It is extremely cold inside of that entire store. I could not enjoy my shopping experience due to how cold it was and lack of products. This is very unacceptable, the employees were still very kind and helpful but they do not deserve to work in these conditions. I am extremely disappointed and this needs to be fixed asap !!

Hey this store is the BEST these people are awesome. My daughter has different hair type than me so I simply asked to help. The girl in the black (she’s so young) but was so respectful, helpful very informational. Sweet girl explained to the T to make sure I understood AND she wasn’t trying to break my pockets. These people care, and this store is clean smells nice. They are just simply AWSOME I will always come here. SHOP SHOP SHOP :)

They have good employees but it feels way colder in the store than outside, their employees are freezing to death, they be out of stock on everything for a long period of time, there prices our absolutely insane especially the human wigs. $400 for a 30 inch when I can get it on amazon for way cheaper than that ..

Courtney was absolutely welcoming, courteous, helpful, and attentive. My daughter was on the phone and the customer service she showed her was just as courteous and helpful. She was informative and allowed me to roam to take in all the store offered. When I had another question, she made herself available in a timely manner while also attending to other customers. During checkout, Lyric was also pleasant and actually made eye contact when wishing me a good day and thanking me for coming into the store. Thank you both for a high quality customer service experience.

Courtney at the Decatur Alabama Hair Queen helped me & my daughter tremendously! She stop what she was doing to answer my many questions. I truly appreciate her and I made sure she knew.
