I am writing to express my disappointment following a recent visit to your store. While I generally appreciate the quality of your service, an interaction I had with an older employee fell well below expectations. I inquired about a specific hair ornament, presenting an image from a website. Instead of assistance, I received an unhelpful and rude response. I was shown an item that wouldn’t work for what I needed and was abruptly told to "go online." This dismissive attitude was unacceptable. Such an experience is disheartening and has unfortunately caused me to rethink my future patronage. I hope this feedback helps in upholding the excellent customer service your establishment usually has. Always be kind to your customers.

I come here when I’m in the area mind you I have three girls so when I go there I’m spending lots of $$$ today I received the Absolute worst experience after spending 70$ they did not put one of my items in my bag, I called there after I discovered I was missing a 4.99 bracelet. Her replied was I must’ve drop it she put it in the bag has other customers she cannot talk to me right now. That’s not her problem. She said she saw the girl put it in the bag but was looking at other customers on her cell phone “liar”

I am not one that gives low reviews. I do my best to be understanding. However, this time I MUST express my dissatisfaction. The Cashier or Owner (not sure which she was), was EXTREMELY RUDE, nonchalant AND inconsiderate to me as a customer-where I was spending my money. The last I checked-customers are the source of a business. I will NEVER shop here again!!!!!

My Son brought me here to this beauty supply store called HAIR Q. All the staff is super friendly. I needed something quick to keep my hair style looking fresh as I was visiting out of town from Chicago for a whole week for my birthday. The first time I purchased a black jumbo hair bonnet, and gray soft twist rollers. I was so impressed with the southern hospitality I was shown from the employees we had a nice conversation about each state that is Charleston & Chicago. So I decided to go back again and get some more things for my hair, LOL I needed more rods and got some hair clips and a cocoa butter lip balm once again the staff is so welcoming and friendly. If you need anything for your hair don’t hesitate to stop by and shop the store it is so big and clean plenty of things to get even
