Hair Perfect

So disappointing. My daughter was taken, as a present, to get her hair cut here on her birthday before her party by a family member. Tammy, the hairstylist, was asked to not straighten my daughters hair before cutting it by my daughter and the family member. She started to do it anyway, and was reminded that she was asked not to. She replied that she would just do it for the front, and did it anyway. My daughter asked for layers, so Tammy decided to thin her hair. She did not ask first, but told my daughter she had to, and proceeded to remove a noticeable amount of hair, I would guesstimate about 15% of her hair is gone. My wife had a hair cut here and finally found the stylist she likes. She convinced me to do my hair cut with Heidi so I changed my barber too. I was surprised that they were busy the weekday.

Worst decision ever to let Tony do my hair. He cut and colored my hair, but he did not sweep up my hair and I slipped in it ......I did not fall, I did the splits and nearly hit the ground. NO ONE IN THE WHOLE PLACE ASKED IF I NEEDED HELP OR IF I WAS OK. The MRI shows a stress fracture of the femur as well as 2 meniscus tears. I had to have my 82 year old husband walk to the salon to help me get into my car which was parked only 30 feet away. The doctor tells me it will be at least 4 months for it to heal. Tony was very neglectful during my appointment there and showed no concern whatsoever in what happened. I have left 3 messages for the owner and as you might imagine, he has not returned my calls.

The old woman lied that she worked there for 20 years but really she was new at the job and did the absolute worst haircut it even my son cried because it was so terrible! I mean I saw other people do my son’s hair and they did it fast and quick! And I am pretty sure she was lied about the price. And my son will never forgive me because I took him there! So I will never go there again ever!!!!

Tony hair dresser always cut or color my hair for many years .His porfassional skill wins his customers .Highly recommended request for Tony to cut your hair . I only have my husband recent hair cut there .
