This place is super nice! I came here to checkout their headspa, and it did not disappoint. The place is clean and relaxing. They start off with a camera examination of your hair follicles. They have those fancy massage chair for you to lay in while you get your treatment. They also provide a towel for you to change into for the wash as well as a robe to wear when you sit in the common area to dry your hair. The rooms are divided by curtains. Not only do they focus on cleaning your hair, they also give a great massage for your head, neck, and shoulders. I love the smell of the shampoo and conditioners they use. They first did a scalp analysis and showed me a super zoomed close-up of my hair with all the dirt and grime, like ewww. I’ve been a regular at Revive Scalp Spa for over a year and have truly loved this place, which makes my most recent experience especially disappointing. I booked the deluxe head spa treatment because they were promoting a free facial with it, but when I arrived, they told me the promotion wouldn’t be honored. If this was due to booking through ClassPass, I really wish they had communicated that upfront because I wouldn’t have chosen that service otherwise. After so many great visits, being misled like that left a sour taste in my mouth and made it hard to enjoy the appointment. Unfortunately, I don’t see myself coming back anytime soon because of how the situation was handled. I hope they improve their communication around promotions so other customers don’t have the same experience.

I recently visited Revive Scalp for their 90-minute deluxe scalp treatment, and it was an amazing experience! I had previously tried a scalp treatment in Korea, where they are very popular, so I was excited to find a local place that offers a similar service. The environment was relaxing and soothing, and the service was very attentive. The session began with a scalp test, where the technician examined my scalp and identified areas that needed attention. Afterwards, I laid down on the massage bed to begin treatment. This was a highlight—the bed has a built-in massager, which gives you a full body massage while you get your scalp treatment. I discovered this new spot after grabbing some BBQ next door and decided to pop in. I asked if I needed an appointment or if walk-ins were welcome for scalp treatments. I love trying out different places to see what they offer and how they compare. I didn’t catch the name of the hair technician, but I have to say, their service was top-notch. They carefully checked my scalp and explained everything about their treatments and products. I was happy to see they use doTERRA oils, which I already know and love. The head massage was amazing, and the place itself is beautiful – very classy and minimalist, which I really like. It felt cozy and inviting. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be coming back when I'm in the area. Highly recommend checking them out!
