Hair No 1

I had a fantastic experience at this salon! Nick and Jerry demonstrated exceptional care while bleaching and dyeing my hair, investing a dedicated 10 hours into the process. Despite the late hour, their patience prevailed, and they didn't rush anything. The final result exceeded my expectations, and their friendly and approachable attitude made the entire experience enjoyable. Highly recommended!

I went there for my appointment last Saturday to perm my hair , but after 5 days the perm is gone .

I made my hair appointment with the owner 2 weeks in advance for 11am. Arrived at 11:04am and was told to sit down and wait. From then, I waited for 2 hours without getting my hair color!!!! I got a bottle of water and a few pieces of hair chopped off to test out if they can be bleached. The owner did not apologize or keep me posted on when he will be done with another client. Very disappointed and upset with the situation because I have made my appointment and showed up as agreed! The owner has no respect for my time and no proper arrangement for his clients!!! I have never ever gotten such poor service in my entire life! Will never go back and will not recommend it to anyone!!! Highly recommended! I’m super satisfied by Nick’s artwork and Jerry’s extremely friendly customer service! They got me exactly the color I wanted and entire time they were careful about the details. Definitely coming back again!

The wait is well worth it. I mean a balayage takes time. Plus it turns out better than expected. Nick is very patient. I did it before my photoshoot in Japan and it looks great. I will definitely recommend to my friends.
