I waited a full week before writing this to be sure, but unfortunately I don’t recommend this place for lash extensions. I’ve been here before and had good experiences, which is why this was especially disappointing. I was the last appointment of the day and requested a natural lash set. My lash tech, I believe her name was Camille, mostly used clusters rather than individual lashes, which resulted in a look that was much thicker than what I asked for. The glue also caused significant irritation (my eyes were watering throughout the entire appointment). When the service was finished, I explained that the lashes were too thick for my liking. I was told there was nothing that could be done. I was then asked to speak with another staff member, who made comments suggesting the tech had alrea

I read reviews before I made my appointment with Camila. Everyone recommended her. She is very gentle and polite, during my eyelashes extension service I fell asleep couple times because she was so gentle. And my eyelashes turned out great. Thank you Camila.

UPDATE 06/26: I had a wedding to attend and I decided to give Hair and Nail boutique another shot! They did a beautiful job with my lashes and they have made a lot of great changes since my last visit including changing bed coverings and doing very thorough cleaning of my lashes! I am really satisfied with the service I received, my lashes looked beautiful, no glue went into my eye, and the process was so easy! Thank you, Tina for making me look beautiful for my event! After this experience I can confidently say, I definitely recommend you give hair and nail boutique a try! TL;DR: Quality of this establishment has significantly declined. Technicians are prioritizing speed over quality of work, cleanliness, and proper technique. I have been going to hair nail boutique for over two years

SUCH GOOD AND KIND SERVICE ❤️. I came for a haircut (which was awesome) and a lash extension but had forgot to eat lunch, got super faint after the blowdry and the ladies got me cookies to get my blood pressure up and kindly let me reschedule tomorrow so I could go home and take it easy 😭✨️ Definitely come here to be seen and treated with excellent service
