I only go because it’s the most convenient when I’m on this side of town. The manager or owner he’s rude. They don’t get their customers and the products suck their just not the worse.

Large selection. Abundance of hair products. Great experience. The staff was extremely helpful.

I been in here a few times since moving to PA there’s usually a young lady there to help. Today I go in I’m standing at the register for five minutes everything I need is behind the glass the man doesn’t speak say hi can I help you nothing. I ask him how he doing he snaps and ask me if I needed something extremely rude I’m like yeah he said what is it smh I just left. I’m here to patronize your business and that’s how you talk to people. Crazy cause this is the only hair store near me but I won’t be back.

Fat Asian guy behind the counter is not friendly at all. Doesn’t even acknowledge you when you walk into the store. When you ask him a question he doesn’t make eye contact and acts as if you’re bothering him. As a first time shopper from what I saw the store has a great selection of products, but just off this experience I will never shop here again. Not even surprised that the store was completely empty and no one else was shopping. Go to Two Cousins Beauty Supply or Elegant Beauty where you’re much more appreciated and the staff is super friendly.
