Hair It Is

They refused to lighten my hair in order for the dye to show up. Didn’t get what I wanted and they still overcharged me

Worst service towards customers and totally changed my look never imagine that worse haircut went for an regular haircut she’s not at willing to get customers attention. Worse thing is that she didn’t dry my hair in-spite of that she kept the one of the worse hair cream before hair drys. Smells very BAD and felt AWKARDD!!!! 🤮🤮🤮🤢🤢 Never suggests to my friends as well and better to try it on our own rather than visiting the Hair It Is. One of the worst experience in ville.

Waited for half an hour, but to be fair, I was 15 minutes so my 3:30 appointment turned into a 4:15. Other than that, it was great. It was exactly what I wanted. I've been there with mediocre results, they're better than Walmart's SmartStyle. Great value for what I'm looking for.

Horrible customer service, beautician looked @ my son with the most hateful look...her attitude stunk, didn't bother to try to make small talk or any conversation @ all. Just asked my son how he wanted his hair cut. My family has went to this establishment before, the service has always been great till this incident.
