Hair It Is

Had a Keratin Treatment, with Gai Thi Nto, on 4/29/2024. First of all, after speaking her her, I specifically stated that I would like to make an appointment for a Keratin Treatment. I have had Keratin Treatments before, this was not the first one. She scheduled me for a conditioning Treatment. I realized what she was doing was not a Keratin Treatment, I ask her, she said , I have to rinse this out ok. She goes outside , wondering what's going on, I believe she went to her car to get the product. She had two different ones, I chose Agave Keratin Treatment. After putting the Keratin on, she rinsed it out, tried to comb/blow dry my hair, but she did not know how to blow dry my hair. Naturally curly hair, you do not dry it in the air with out a brush. I've been looking for a new hairdresser for some time and I was referred to Hair It Is in Castro Valley Ca. Connie the owner was wonderful she did a great cut and color I Just Love it. Connie and the other hairdresser were all so nice,I had a great and fun time. I'm a housecleaner so of course I notice how clean and well maintained her beauty shop is.
