Lulu is a HAIR WIZARD. I'm a new client but Lulu nailed it - and I will absolutely be going back to her from now on. Over the years, I've had a lot of disappointing haircuts at various price points, so when I went in for the first time today, I was a bit nervous and kept my expectations low. I showed Lulu a few photos of what I wanted (long layers, low-maintenance but polished) and she immediately understood. She went to work on my hair and was done so quickly that I was convinced it was going to be awful. Not the case - I soon realized as she was blowdrying and styling my hair that Lulu is just very effective and talented. In about half an hour she took my hair from heavy and shapeless to bouncy and layered. I was truly amazed when I saw her work in the mirror - it's simply the best hair

Fabulous salon! It’s the only place I will go - a sentiment also shared with my friends, a few who now live out of town and travel back to Hair Gallery for their services! Attractive, clean shop with friendly staff, many of whom have worked together there for decades. They are talented and do a beautiful job on my hair. I am never disappointed. I highly recommend Hair Gallery!

This felt like a Great Clips haircut at triple the price. I came in for a trim, but the service was rushed, the attention to detail wasn’t there, and the stylist seemed only half tuned in. No heat protectant was used before blow drying, my hair was pulled repeatedly, and I had to step in and explain how to fix choppy, uneven sections that should’ve been caught without me saying anything. The haircut turned out fine, but only because I advocated for myself. For the price, I expected a much higher level of care and professionalism. I wouldn’t return and wouldn’t recommend.

Marlene is the BEST! I’ve been seeing her for about 8 years and she’s always been the best for advice and execution. She listens well and goes with ideas I’ve had (curly to straight, brown to blond, back to brown, short hair, long hair). Marlene is also noticeably GENTLE. I’ve never met someone who does so much to my head but it doesn’t feel like it! She’s just a natural. Highly recommend, love Marlene!

Marlene is fabulous! I have been seeing her since 2018 and have always been pleased with her results. She always listens to what you want but also provides her professional input in what works best for your hair type. She makes me feel so pretty and like my hair is much healthier. I love coming to her!
