Update: The owner let me come in and fixed my hair! She was super nice and there was a huge difference. My experience at Hair Forum with Amber Weeks was extremely disappointing. The hair color I received was not what I asked for, and even though Amber promised me a refund, it still hasn’t been given. This lack of professionalism and accountability is unacceptable. I will not be returning She didn’t cut my hair straight across as requested and I had blobs of different shades. She told me I could return for a fix with a full refund. I went in and my hair was dyed back to my original color. The ad said $100 but was charged $180 since “my hair needed more products”. She then says I’ll get a $80 refund then no response.

I called the Hair Forum in desperate need of an appointment. I had a formal event coming up quick and my hair appointment (at a different salon) was canceled within a week of the event, so I was scrambling. I knew the last minute nature of my request and wasn't sure if they'd have any openings, but I called with a prayer and while I wasn't able to get an appointment with the Hair Forum, they went out of their way to look at stylist schedules, made calls, and were willing to work with me to at least try to get me in. Ultimately, I did not have my hair done by a stylist at the Hair Forum, but their genuine care for me and my situation, and the way they worked to make it work even a little, went a long way! I always get my washes there and I also got a sew in. I loved it, very well done, and lasted long!

I had a wonderful experience at this hair saloon I was able to get my hair colored and trimmed by matline.

Today was my second visit to this beauty parlor to get a haircut. My sis Diane also received a haircut and style and she looks amazing. The stylists there are friendly and courteous and made us feel like family. We will be visiting Hair Forum again and they sell nice clothes too. 🥰🌺🍀💕
