The highlights put in my hair were very brassy so a week I returned to the shop to have toner put on those highlights. Instead of doing just that more color was taken out & lots of uneven blonde highlights put in. My hair is brunette & I’ve never aspired to be blonde. In addition, the extra processing totally damaged my hair & it will take years for it to grow out enough to be trimmed off. I sent a detailed letter with pictures to the shop and there has been no response.

I've been getting my hair done with Heather for a few years; she always does a good job. I love walking into this place because I feel at peace. The women are very sweet and humble, and I always love the outcome of my hair. I love Glo and Heather 🤍
