Found my new favorite salon and my new favorite colorist. Ryleigh is absolutely amazing. She’s a true artist. My color looks natural, vibrant and blends perfectly. Hair-Do is a comfortable salon with cool neighborhood vibes. Prices are extremely reasonable. So happy to find a great salon in our new city.

Review edit: Sadly Ive still not been acknowledged by the owner, but as you can clearly see here they are highly responsive but ONLY to positive feedback. She just responded to a positive review weeks ago of course. Guess they don’t really care about the negative experiences. And that is really really messed up morally. Thanks for the weed wacker cut CAROLINE! You guys really jacked up my hair and you just took my money and don’t even care. Listen, Everyone makes mistakes, I’m understanding BUT Just own up to them instead of gaslighting your customer and gee idk, try Offering a them a refund. It’s the least you can do after ruining someone’s hair. You can’t put their hair back on their head, it will take at least a year to grow out and recover. I’m such a nervous person when it comes to getting my hair done due to most places chopping it all off. I asked for long layers and they absolutely delivered. This is the best* haircut I’ve ever received. Thank you so much Ryleigh!! not to mention the atmosphere was so friendly and inclusive! Every single stylist spoke to me and they were all so sweet! They also offer included beverages with the service as well! I highly recommend this place. Fair prices for all services as well! 10/10 experience.

I had a beautiful time here! I originally went to get my mid length hair shortened to my chin but ended feeling empowered and supported enough to do what I really wanted to do. After spending about 30 mins in the chair being comforted and supported by my hairstylist/artist, she took the plunge with me and allowed me to do the first shave. I've found a new home to come back to whenever I grow my hair back and want to do more exciting things to it. The environment and energy is so fun and so welcoming! The crew here are like family in the best way! I'm so glad to have met the people here and find a salon that fits my vibe! 10/10 will come again, especially because the neck massage made the experience so much more relaxing! And thank you Maddie for being super amazing and handling my emotions
