I called and made an immediate appointment after reading the other glowing reviews, and I couldn't be happier. Carolyn was expecting me, and she was just as friendly as can be. She guarantees her work, and will make adjustments at no charge within one week; she told me that unprompted. There was no extra charge for a shampooing. My hair is long, curly, thin, and dry, and it can be difficult. She gave it a good what-for with no trouble at all. Noticeably absent were things like acting like I'm a lazy slob for not coming in sooner, telling me I should come in every 4 weeks even though my hair doesn't grow that fast and I don't style it, trying to hard sell me the most expensive cure-all on the market, and sneezing on me... all of which have happened at other hair places.
