The rating is based off the customer service. They have a sign posted in the crochet hair aisle buy one get one 1/2 off. At the register I was charged full price for both packs. The explanation was it is for the braiding hair. Either honor the price or place the sign in the proper area. Do better! However, I’m not coming back and I’m telling everybody else not to go there either. No truth in your advertising.

The store is extremely organized and their staff was very helpful. Prices were also reasonable. I'll definitely be back for my hair needs.

Selection is small & store is limited to hair for braiding. Their low grade wigs & products are all at this location. No one to assist you. He yells from the register. Don’t open this or don’t smell that. Waste of time shopping there.

The Hair Depot provided everything that I wanted and more. The only issue I had is lack of assistance I had to search for help. But once I got the associates attention he was very helpful and I was able to purchase everything that I needed.
