Walked into the Palace for the first time today!! Loved it and I’ll definitely be back! I forgot the young lady’s name but I think it starts with an S she was amazing! She helped me pick out 3 bundles for a great price. While I was getting my sew-in, the whole shop and even the customers were asking where I got the hair from. So a few more people will be coming soon lol!

Number 1 Beauty Supply store in Raleigh. Store is well lit, clean and very organized. Customer service is amazing and the staff is top tier. I am a frequent shopper and staff know me by face and every time I stop in they make me feel like it’s my first time. Products are of great quality. Prices are reasonable and they always have a sale; follow their social media. Definition of a marketing genius for their strategy. Products I have purchased 4 Cambodian Wigs (10 out of 10), 2 synthetic wigs (10 out of 10), oils, shampoos, Arabian perfumes, purses, and bundles (10 out of 10). Highly recommend this store for all your beauty needs.

Ms.Kay is/ was amazingly helpful. She provided me some great options for my hair and the idea. I was getting my first sew-in. I shoulda had her put it in. The store is friendly and knowledgeable.

Staff was phenomenal!!! Clerk helped me pick something out for a family member in Pennsylvania that has two forms of stage 4 cancer…..I was truly moved by her assistance
