I was burned during my service and wasn’t informed or apologized to. I now have a visible mark. I don’t feel this was handled professionally and they still charged me full price for the service after I got burnt and her name was destiny.

My recent visit at Hair Definition was excellent. I was seated right away for my color service. Kye immediately colored my hair and it looks fabulous, even when Kye became busy, Kizzi step in and got me under the dryer. There is no other place like HD. Come get your bobs and pixies with Bubbles the appearance enhancer and of course other services with the ladies at Hair Definition.

Returned to this salon after a year of not cutting my hair (had a baby etc...) and decided to go extremely short. I was VERY pleased with the cut Bubbles gave me. I honestly feel my prettiest with my hair this short. If you have any questions, concerns, or comments, make sure to voice them before you start your service. I notice a lot of reviews where ppl are not happy bc they are fearful to communicate their wants and needs as to not ruffle feathers etc. I communicated very clearly what I wanted, showed an inspo pic and also made it clear my budgeting at the time.
