Hair Cuttery

As always Hannah is phenomenal and my hair looks Fabulous! Bill is great as well,now I just have to get hubby back over and have Bill fix hubby's hair because he's been shaving his head with a beard trimmer.....

My stylist did not seem to understand what I wanted. It seemed like she simply was trying to do what she wanted done with my hair. She cut off way more hair than I had consented to. Her initial dry cut was about four inches of hair which I was fine with, then she cut off at least two more wet. She knew I was nervous about getting so much hair chopped as I have expressed concerns in the past with stylists cutting off more hair than I liked in the past, then she proceeded to do it anyway. When I say it was more hair than I wanted off, I mean it. She kept saying I had to come back for trims in the future, and that I needed it off. Like okay, but I didn’t tell you to cut off that much? Emma was absolutely incredible! She took her time, was super careful and made great conversation the entire time, she’s so fun. She asked me many questions to ensure I was getting exactly what I wanted and made sure throughout the process I was happy with it. Will be going back I recommend Emma to everyone!

First time going to this salon on a spur of the moment walk-in appointment. I had Rebecca as my hair stylist and was very pleased. She is very professional, kind, knowledgeable and listened to my hair concerns. She offered great advice and tips for improving my damaged, dry and breaking hair, she assisted me with buying the hair products that would be most beneficial for my hair and she gave me a beautiful haircut which instantly made my damaged hair look much healthier. I will definitely be revisiting this salon again and I highly recommend Rebecca as well.
