Dylan took such good care of me today, I can’t say enough about how happy I am with her work! I’ve never had any coloring so I was going in blind and trusting. She asked a lot of questions and was great at figuring out what I wanted despite my “what would you suggest?”. The whole time I felt in control of the process despite having no clue what was going on and never having heard the word balayage. I appreciated her breaking down prices beforehand (I also wanted a cut) and helping me stay within my budget without compromising the end product—which I LOVE. If you want a talented stylist who’s just as invested in your hair as you are, I highly recommend Dylan.

This may be the only Hair Cuttery I go to from now on. Natalie was my stylist, and she had to fix my hair after it was damaged by another stylist at a different location. The entire team here was wonderful. They all checked in on me, offered advice, and created such a supportive environment. Before coming in, my hair was brittle, falling out, my curl pattern was ruined, and the color was horrendous after getting it done at the Hair Cuttery in Colonial Heights. Natalie completely turned things around. She gave me a beautiful color, did treatments to help restore my hair’s health, and even followed up later to make sure my hair was doing better. I was in town for a wedding and decided to book an appointment for an updo, and I’m very happy I did. Bry was excellent and did a fabulous job on my hair.. I received so many compliments and it held strong through the night and countless hours on the dance floor!

I am in town for work and wasn’t able to have an appointment before I left home. I booked an appointment with Dylan fairly last minute and it was a great experience. She gave me exactly what I asked for and was very efficient. I enjoyed chatting with her and the other stylists and the music in the salon was perfect. If I am still in town the next time I’m due for services, I will happily return.

Blaze is such a sweetheart! She listened to what I wanted and delivered! First haircut/color since moving to the area and I definitely trust her with my hair! I highly recommend her 🫶🏼
