I felt amazing! Lora was such a delight, I met Brooke who will be doing my hair for my 21st birthday and she is so sweet! Everyone in that place was so wonderful and I can't wait to be back on my 21st birthday. Onward! Update - I went back on February 3rd to get my hair highlighted, trimmed, and washed. I had Lora who we LOVE, and I can't even explain how happy I am. I would definitely recommend coming here. Give Lora a raise!

Hi, I got a haircut yesterday morning. Overall, he gave me a good haircut. However, I thought it was not good customer service due to multiple times during my haircut he left to assist other customers as they were walking in. I understand you all have to check the customer in and what not. What I did not care for was after checking in he began talking to them asking hair questions that should be asked when it is your turn to receive your haircut. At one point he stepped away for almost 7 to 10 minutes. One of which after receiving my hair washed he simply disappeared and I could not find him and did not provide me that he was stepping away. I typically to not give feedback. I just felt you all needed to be made aware. Thank you.

Im fortunate enough to find Stacey at Hair Cuttery. She cuts and styles my hair the way I request each and every time. My appointment time is important to her. I rarely have to wait for her to finish up with her previous client. She is very personable and funny too. I trust her to do my hair and look forward our next appointment.
