I went in on 21/17 and received a botched haircut. It is about a half inch shorter on one side. They refused to refund my money. Told me to dispute the charge with my credit card company and say I didn’t authorize it, which is a lie. Very rude and unprofessional. Irma was not kind to me. First she claimed she would Zelle me a refund and then doubled down and said my hair was layered? No… look at the picture

Hair Cuttery Salon in Moorpark is the absolute BEST!!! The salon itself is clean and beautiful, very conveniently located and has extremely reasonable prices for the high quality and skill level you will be getting. I go there to get my hair lightened & cut by the wonderful Leslie, owner of Beauty By Leslie (she also does my lash extensions). The owner of Hair Cuttery Salon, Irma V, is very kind and extremely knowledgeable about hair and all things beauty, and she will make sure you get the perfect stylist/colorist unique to your hair and needs! My stylist Leslie is absolutely fantastic, but all of the stylists here are so kind and talented and make everyone feel welcome. Thank you Hair Cuttery for your outstanding customer service, and I look forward to many great appointments to come!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I went in for a hair cut, specifically to donate my very long hair and get a long bob. The “stylist”, and I use that term liberally, put my extremely thick hair in one big pony and then proceeded to chop with vigor. She cut too high and too close and left my hair a good six inches shorter than I asked. So short in fact she had to SHAVE my neck. I was horrified and left sobbing. The owner said nothing the entire time. Even when I pulled out my phone to show what I asked for and if the weed whacking chop I now had looked anything like what I asked for. The woman who did the horrific job proceeded to blame me for not being more specific. DO NOT GO HERE. Besides the atrocious service all the stations were filthy. I had to get an emergency appoint

The ad does not represent services. We were told the stylist was not there, or had moved on. The 1 woman that was there was extremely unknowledgeable. She wasn’t capable of a simple shampoo and blow dry which was all that was required. She said she didn’t have the right tools. The other one did not speak English. The worst salon with operators that were lacking in service.
