Euodia Salon & Day Spa

I had the BEST experience with Elizabeth at Euodia Salon. I came in needing a correction from another salon that completely ruined my hair. They got me in quickly right before the holiday and Elizabeth went above and beyond to not only fix the terrible previous highlights, but gave me the best and most beautiful color and experience! I can not be more thankful for this transformation.

As a man, visiting a spa for a facial can sometimes feel uncomfortable due to the stigma surrounding self-care. I assure you that’s not the case here. The staff is incredibly welcoming, and Jessica is an outstanding esthetician. From the moment I walked in, I was offered amenities, given a tour, and asked to fill out a thorough questionnaire—more detailed than what you'd find at a doctor's office. This attention to detail shows they genuinely care about crafting a safe and enjoyable experience tailored to each individual. Now, let’s talk about the facial. Having had facials at other places before, I expected a good experience, but what I received far exceeded my expectations. Heather is an amazing stylist. Her blowouts are top notch it’s always a pleasure seeing her. I would highly recommend for all your hair needs!

I will NEVER come here again and if you have curly hair I suggest you don’t either. Do not claim to know how to cut curly hair when you do not. I stated many times that I wanted to persevere the length of my hair and walked away with way shorter hair. I attempted to show the stylist pictures on my phone of haircuts that I liked and she glanced at them for two seconds and then ignored them. The haircut felt very rushed and like she was just doing what she wanted. Even worse another stylist was shadowing and learning from her. To make things worse she did not know how to style curly hair and I walked away with a frizzy mess. I spent way too much money on a haircut that I did not want.

Extremely Disappointing Experience I visited this salon on January 2nd for a hair appointment that ended up being a huge letdown. My appointment started at 2:30 PM and I didn't leave until about 6-7 hours later--far longer than anticipated. I explained to my stylist from the start that I wasn't sure what I wanted was fully achievable in one session and I'd be okay with taking a gradual approach, but she assured me she could do it. Unfortunately, when it became clear she couldn't achieve the result I asked for, she seemed very rushed to finish up and get me out the door. If she had listened to me earlier and been more honest about what could realistically be done, I would've left with something I was happy with. Instead, I left feeling very unsatisfied.
