Hair Cuttery

Ur kidding…I asked for the simplest cut and she left me like this….I straightened my hair and to my dismay found out that my face framing layers meant all the hair was uneven. She did a shampoo and cut which is baseline $47 and charged me $13 for a long hair blowdry no styling. Actually absurd she only cut the hair wet not even dry to check and did not do ANY blending. I luckily had been cutting my own hair for 6-7 years so I was able to “fix it” but these are the before photos.

5 stars for Nancy!! Nancy was wonderful fitting me in and getting a great haircut!! BUT i assisted a very elderly lady who could barely move to the first chair as we came in. Nancy suggested that the hair stylist that is supposed to cut that elderly lady’s hair to move up to the chair where the elderly lady was sitting and cut that lady’s hair in the first chair. That stylist made that elderly lady MOVE with her walker to HER chair halfway down the store. She refused to move up to the first chair to accommodate that elderly woman. That is tragic!!!! ZERO STARS for that stylist!!

Lawmi did a really great job with the color and cut. She takes time with her work to make sure that the end result comes out the way you want it as a client. She talks through the process to make sure that both of you are on the same page. She listens to her client.

An amazing experience! This is my second time coming to this location without an appointment. The stylist listened to my wants and was able to execute it superbly. Will definitely return.

My daughter loves her new look! Esperanza is the only stylist we trust with our hair. She never disappoints. Hard worker & takes pride in what she does. Esperanza is the best!
