Hair Cuttery

I had a great haircut with Meghan! She was professional and knowledgeable, as well and nice to talk to. I can't wait to come back and get the fun hair color we discussed for my next visit!!

My stylist, Karen C is amazing. She listens, asks questions, and does exactly what is asked. She is so polite, professional and kind hearted. Karen is so positive and always has you feeling so much better when you leave then when you entered the salon. I would recommend her to anyone. She has a wealth of talent and knowledge and will not disappoint.

I’ve been a hair cuttery loyalist since I was probably 4. I got a haircut here so bad I would consider never going back to a hair cuttery. I showed specific pictures and pointed out multiple times that the long layers were really the most important part. I left completely without layers which I didn’t really notice until I got home and could wash my hair myself and I sweat to god every day in the3-4 months since that haircut when I brush my hair I just think “there isn’t a single layer in my entire head”

I have been coming to this place ever since moving to Glen mills last year. A woman named Susie I believe was very helpful and always super nice. But yesterday, I made an appointment in the morning for 3:45 pm. I called ahead at 3:40 pm to let them know I would be a few minutes late due to horrible traffic (left work and drove an hour for this). The woman said okay that’s fine but your appointment will only be held for 15 minutes. Sure enough got there at 3:52 pm (well under the 15 minutes) to learn this woman just canceled my appointment and took a walk in instead. She was even rude about it. Needless to say I will never be coming back.

My husband got a $36 haircut here today and honestly, it was really disappointing. The top part looks like it wasn’t even touched, the blend between the top and sides is super harsh, and the sides aren’t even. The back is also uneven, so the whole cut just looks unfinished. It actually looks worse than in the photo.
