**DEAR MANAGER: You're going to lose me on the upselling. It makes me uncomfortable and I'm going to tell the stylist to STOP every time. I suggest that you tell a stylist to NOT BOTHER certain clients (me) with upselling.** STYLIST REVIEW BASED ON HER SKILLS: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five stars for Tran. Tran gives THE BEST perms ever. I used to come to her in the '90s when I was doing more perms. And now, I wanted another one and I'm so impressed. I was hesitant to perm the great haircut she gave me just a few weeks ago. I've been letting my hair grow out for a year and a half. Tran has given me two excellent haircuts in the past 6 months. I would never go to Hair Cuttery otherwise, because I've had many bad experiences over the many years. But I'll go to Tran. And I am kindly asking the manager to tell

I’m very disappointed with my experience at this salon. I showed the stylist a photo of my previous haircut to make sure she understood exactly what I wanted, but she clearly had no idea how to cut hair the way I asked. The result was nothing like the picture, and once she used electric trimmers on the sides of my head, there was nothing that could be fixed. On top of that, she asked for more money than the original price, which felt completely unfair given the poor quality of the haircut. I definitely won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this place to others.

Very bad service. Extremely disappointed. If you cannot handle appointments, why open bookings in the first place? Their problem-solving is terrible. I arrived on time, but they were late. Then they told me they didn’t have enough time and asked me to come back another day — even though I already had an appointment. This is completely unprofessional and a waste of customers’ time. I do not recommend this place.

It's always a pleasure to see Youngja. We talk about my hair and when I say cut a "little bit" that's just what she does. Shampooing my hair is a treat all on its own.

I explained what i wanted 3 times before she cut my hair. Not at all what I wanted and not much I could do after she used electric trimmers on side of my head. I wouldn't trust them to buzz cut a 5 year old
