Hair Cuttery

The stylist who trimmed my hair did a good job, but the receptionist at the desk had very little professionalism by not informing me that the stylist was in the back and running behind. I was the only customer there and when I asked her about the stylist running behind since it was 15 minutes past my scheduled time she responded with a short and rude “yes” with no explanation. After payment the stylist did not saying anything friendly like have a nice day just handed me the receipt . They need to learn how to talk to customers with professionalism and curiosity.

I've been going to Kim for over two years, and I couldn't be happier. She consistently listens to what I want, gives thoughtful advice, and somehow my hair always turns out even better than I imagined. She's professional, talented, and truly cares about her clients. I trust her completely with my hair - and that says everything!

TJ at Fortuna Plaza has been doing my teenage daughter’s cuts, coloring and party curls for four years now. No one is more demanding than a teenager - and TJ does a spectacular job every time! As a mom, I appreciate that my daughter’s hair is healthy as well as beautiful. Strongly recommend.

We've been told this location many times and have always had a great experience. My son has had his cuts done by a couple of different stylists, but Mede ALWAYS does an excellent job. Our most recent visit was no exception. We usually go with whoever is available when he needs a cut, but from now on we'll be requesting Mede every time.

When I walked in, I was treated with kindness. I had scheduled an appointment online, so there was no wait. Kim welcomed me with open arms and made me feel so comfortable right away. She genuinely cares and really listens to your hair needs. I came in for just a trim, and she knew exactly how much to cut while still preserving my length perfectly. She’s so sweet and truly goes above and beyond for her clients. She told me she’s been doing hair for a long time, and it shows—she really knows what she’s doing. My experience was a 10/10—no complaints at all. I’m absolutely in love with my hair thanks to her!
