Hair Cuttery Color & Haircuts - South Bend

I requested a bob, since I didn't want a modified buzz cut until Spring. When I got home and showered, my hair was very uneven, even around my ears. I requested my back top length to be longer than the nape of my neck, with the bottom layer shorter. It wasn't, and now it doesn't curl under nicely. Frankly, I could have done much better. I will not go back to have her fix it, I'm running out of hair length.

I’d love to leave a glowing review, however I booked online the night before for a noon appointment, scheduled my day around this and around 9 I got a call asking me to move my appointment to a later time. My whole day was scheduled around this and mentally I REALLY needed this. 3 stars for at least calling early. Side note anyone know any salon or stylist with integrity to keep appointments? Because at this point hair cuttery is a tiny step above great clips.

Leah is it for me. She cut my hair two years ago and I loved it so I came back to her. I have major anxiety so the fact that she doesn’t try to chit chat the whole time or ask me personal questions is a big plus. Looked at my inspo pic for a few seconds and nailed it. Confirmed a few times the length I was cutting. Gentle. Never pulled my hair or felt like she was in a hurry even tho she was really fast. She also, not one single time, tried to upsell me on products that I don’t need and for that reason alone I’ll be purchasing all my future hair product from this store so she can get the commission. She also didn’t upcharge me b/c my hair was super long. Incredibly happy with her!

I asked the lady to even out my eyebrows and to clean them up. All she did wax them she didn’t even Twiz them my eyebrows look the same way as they did when I walked in .. she even got the wax in my hair I am not pleased with this experience normally I get good ppl who actually take their time to do my eyebrows… I also had a 10$ off 30$ product an she told me I couldn’t use it on the shampoo an conditioner
