Hair Crown Store

After visiting 3 other hair stores, I finally found one that had what I was looking for. The store was neat. Also, the staff knew where specific products were located. The staff was also polite and didn't rush me when the store was closing in 5 minutes. I truly appreciate the patience. Great place to find crochet hair.

Purchased three bundle hair. I'm not familiar with weave, but I asked the store cashier would she mind helping me. Which she did without any hesitation. She told me what to get and pulled the hair for me. My stylist started on my hair but realized one of the bundles was black and not brown. My stylist instructed me to take the one bundle back to get a refund. Went to the store and I'm assuming the owner refuse to take the hair back because the packet wasn't in its "condition". What was missing was the gold card that hangs from the packet. The hair was never used, did come out the packet, and still in tact. I explained all this him adding that I did not pull the hair this store cashier did. But still refused. I've wasted money ($100.00) because of the store mistake! I told told I paid too m

Friendly store owner and staff. Will definitely go there again

Went to the hair crown on choctaw. Explained to the clerk I needed help with a wig because I had neck surgery and was wearing a brace. Never wore a wig before. She said she was the only person there, but another young lady came in who stood behind the register with her. They were playing and joking with each other. I waited a least 10 minutes for help, finally I walked back and ask for help again. The young lady with the long red hair said get what you want. I then told her I still needed help, she's took a very nasty attitude, so I told her I would go to another store and left. The ladies at the other store said they get a lot of complaints about that store. Will never go there again.

I liked the fact that the store was clean and everything was easy to find. The prices were reasonable as well! I'd recommend this store for future purchases.
