Hair Connection(#2 10738 Fredericksburg)

Since I moved to Fredericksburg of November 2021 from northern Virginia I’ve been coming to this beauty supply today I visited and purchased some products total came to 62$ after I had paid then I realized that I forgot one item went to pick up the item and give it to sale lady she says that she can’t ring me up cause the item is below the limit I will need to pay in cash and I told her I don’t have cash and I just purchased a62$ stuff from you ,could you please just ring it up she said no and because of that I ain’t going back over there .Enjoy that 62$ that’s my last time spending my money at hair connection

I see alot of bad reviews. I’m glad I only come here to buy beads for my babies hair and maybe brushes and combs. I honestly think these specific places all WATCHES us like we are going to steal but I never felt no type of way coming here maybe I just don’t pay anybody any mind I just grab what I need ..pay and go on about my day 🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️

I bought hair a few days before the appt. I bought an extra pack. The hair was horrible and I didn't need the pack. This place only gives you exactly 7 days to exchange. The hair was only in my head 2 days. The customer service is non- existent and rude when you engage with them. Go somewhere else!!!!

Please do not spend your money here. I came here last week and specifically asked to purchase human hair. I received Synthetic hair with I later found out smh. The hair came in a pack with 3 bundles that seemed to be decent quality. I got the hair installed and by day 2 it started to become matted. I reached out to the store and they told me to bring it in. I did. The assistant manager said she couldn’t do anything so she called Lee the owner. He starts talking about how he has to reach out to the manufacturer etc etc. the point is they sold and advertised synthetic bundles for $200. On the back it states that there are fibers which means Synthetic! I will never give a dime to them again. Very disappointed.

Store has a pretty good selection of hair colors and popular brands. Very quick service.
