Hair Concept 2000 Woodland Hills

Niki, Neda I think she goes by both names, but I went in to get a bleach touch up and Shadow root and I came out very disappointed. I was specific with what I wanted and even showed her pictures but this is what I got. I didn’t realize how bad it was until I got home and had to do my own hair because she had me leave the place with wet hair. I called and talked to the front desk girl (which is the reason why I put 2 stars cause she was so kind) and she had me send pictures of my hair. Her and her colleagues were just as shocked as I was. When I went back she tried to tell me that I had to wear my hair a certain way for it to not look splotchy which blows my mind lmbo, why would I change the way I do my hair? She wouldn’t accept that it looked like trash, but she redid it and even still had

I love Ava! She’s the best at doing blow drys! And she’s super sweet always offers coffee etc. I will be with her forever! She’s awesome !!

Is David still there? He’s the absolute worst. Made me blow dry my own hair 😩. Treated me like trash. I’m sure he remembers.

I just want to say I had my hair cut and highlighter by David, he took the time to listen and deliver an outstanding job my kids sawed my new hair cut they where very happy stating that I look younger. David, thank you for taking care of me .❤️

Hair Concept 2000 did my hair, makeup, and nails for my wedding... and they absolutely nailed it. Frankly, I didn't know I could look that good! Neda (IG @hairbynedausa) was so careful and thoughtful with my hair... working with a relatively short cut and a style that would need to withstand several hours outside. Danielle (@infinitybydanielle) did my makeup in a way that looked both natural and elevated. And Susan pained my nails absolutely perfectly. I'm so grateful for the professionalism of Hair Concept 2000, and their willingness to work with me on a Sunday (not a typical wedding day!). You can't go wrong going to this salon.
