The woman at the front desk is unprofessional to say it mildly. Arriving on time for your given appointment is often overlooked and disregarded, she indicates the stylist is a few minutes behind but it turns to be 30 minutes wait with an appointment. She doesn’t care and offers no apologies. I’m sorry I went there, I recommend any other place where you are treated with common courtesy.

Liz did such an amazing job! Her attention to detail is impressive. 5/5 stars! She’s also very friendly and patient.

The girl at the front desk is the reason I will not be returning tomorrow for a gel polish. I asked for a service, and the front desk girl said nail tech is busy as you can see. I can book you an appointment for tomorrow. I began explaining what it is that I needed done, and before I could finish, she again said, "You see, she is busy etc. I let her know that I can clearly see the nail tech is busy, all while the front desk girl rolled her eyes at me. All I needed was an estimated time of how long the service would take... 🙄

Avoid this place if you can. I recommended this place to my friend. After her nail was completed, she gave them a tip in cash and paid half of her service in card and the remaining half in cash. The daughter of the owner of this place embarrassed us and falsely accused my friend of spending a fraudulent money. Even after they realized it wasn't fraudulent, they still embarrassed us and walked us out of the salon and told us never to patronize them again. How rude was she? 100% rude. I will never use them or recommend them to any person of color again.

SCAM ALERT. Came for the haircut. They told me they charge $20 for it. While cutting my hair the lady asked me if I want a wash and the blow dry. I asked her how much time it’s gonna take, and she thought I asked how much it’s gonna cost. And she said: The price is the same, it’s $20. I said- I’m asking about the time. She said: it will be quick. She did not wash my hair, she cut it and dried it. The final price they gave me was $80. When I confronted them, they dropped it down to $65. Make sure you are really clear about what they are gonna charge you. Or better find another place.
