Update: Kristin was able to see my daughter and fix her color this week. She did a wonderful job, was very patient, kind, and knowledgeable. We both really appreciate her attention and efforts to fix this issue! Pretty disappointed with our experience. Went in for a birthday treat for my daughter. Our stylist was late and claimed to have texted me but I received no message. My daughter’s hair was washed with no shampoo and barely cut, even though she asked for layers and I paid for a cut. She also specifically asked for her tips to be dyed teal about 2 inches up. We came out with green unevenly dyed halfway up her head. There are random patches that are not dyed and some pieces with dye nearly to her scalp. After the first wash her hair is now light green and she is so disappointed. This

Wait I feel so bad I haven’t reviewed this place properly earlier. I got my hair cut by Mysty once and now will be a customer of hers for as long as I am still here. Mysty is so nice and fun to talk to, clearly takes so much pride in her work and always does an amazing job every time, and is super helpful with like advice if you don’t exactly know what your hair needs but you kind of have an idea. I have had my hair cut by her (love it every time), and had the cutest keratin (bond? bead? Idk the name) extensions put in by her. They were super painless and lasted so long and looked SO good. I absolutely adore Mysty - 1000% recommend!

Amazing space ! Amazing talented people ! I personally go to Kristin. She gave me a fabulous layered haircut with perfect bangs ❤️ I have been seeing Kristin for over 10 years . Highly recommend !

So happy with my haircut by Kailey Flower today! From start to finish, she was incredibly sweet and attentive, making sure to understand exactly what I wanted. Finally, after much searching, I've found the perfect hairstylist in Ithaca. Highly recommend her at this Salon to anyone in need of a fantastic cut and a wonderful experience!
