Had young lady help me get two perfect wigs. She was so helpful and nice!

The older lady is extremely rude and needs a class on customer service. Literally acted like it was an inconvenience to help me in anyway. I’ll definitely be spending my money elsewhere.

They had a great variety to choose from. The woman who helped me named Willie was wonderful. It was my first time trying on wigs and she really worked with me. My issue was with the manager who was very rude to me and would only let me try on 4 wigs. I was ready to buy at least 3 but as someone new it takes time and the manager wouldn’t even let me try on different styles. She told the lady helping me there are other customers. I will not go back and will definitely tell others of my experience.

Had a great experience shopping for extensions for my daughter today. They didn’t have micro links but they had great customer service despite some of the comments I have seen on their reviews. We will definitely go back.
