I had came in for a haircut and although Mary was lovely, I had a very disappointing experience overall because of the owner. In the MIDDLE of the service, the owner told me she would be charging more than what we had agreed on over the phone, which is completely unacceptable. This should never happen once a service has already started. She repeatedly commented on how thick my hair was, and what started as a compliment turned into guilt-tripping to justify the extra charge. After my hair was dried, I was told my hair was “too thick” for a flat iron and felt uncomfortable the whole time, surprising for a salon that claims extensive experience!! Lisa was incredible! She took her time and made sure my daughter was going to be happy with her hair cut. She did an excellent job. We will be returning. I have 3 girls all with long hair and we love to donate our hair to children with cancer. This is the place to go to get the professional cut and hair dry that will transform you to a nicer you. Muna is absolutely a AWESOME and lovely. Going to refer my friends and neice that lives in AUSTIN to cut her hair. The drive to see no matter where you live especially if you have thick, course curly, and grey white is key to making you a happy customer.
