First and foremost- there's something absolutely refreshing to this Salon and space. Susy is extra communicative and goes above and beyond to ensure that her clients are extremely comfortable and happy with whatever style they are receiving. You can tell off the bat that she and her business take pride in serving their clients with the best hair care and styles. I chose one of her SIGNATURE STYLES THE renowned Ivy Braids (medium long) and they do not disappoint in any way shape or form! I love my hair so much and this is my first time getting something like this done. I'll just say I'm coming back as soon as I can take them out (although I don't think I'll want to lol). It was an absolute DREAM having my crown blessed by Susy this week! I came in with human hair loc extensions that had been in for 7 months (and were clinging on dear life!), and she was so patient and speedy with the take down. We were able to install the Fulani braids the same day (a miracle!) and her expertise and artistry shone through. From the deep conditioning / scalp treatment to the cut & custom bead work, each part of the process felt effortless, which is the mark of a brilliant stylist. Two days later and I’m still floating. I can’t wait to work with Susy again soon!

I was over the moon after my latest appointment with Susy at Hair by Susy! Not only is she an incredible braider, but she's also a wonderful person to be around. Her Ouee Oil has transformed my scalp, leaving it healthier and more moisturized than it has been in ages. Susy worked her magic again, and I left the salon feeling refreshed and fabulous. Her attention to detail and creativity make every visit a delight. I can't wait to book my next appointment!

Susy is absolutely incredible! She is not only amazingly skilled at what she does but also a genuinely wonderful person.
