I had never had my hair professionally colored before so I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was nervous that because of my years of built up black dye on top of already bleached hair Nicole was going to tell me there was nothing we could do to give me the blonde and black look that I was dreaming of. Nicole made a plan with me and asked several times for my input and preferences while explaining the whole process in detail. This was my first time seeing Nicole so she used a 20 vol developer for my bleach to make sure she preserved the integrity of my hair instead of opting for a higher volume to get a higher lift but risking the health of my hair. You can tell Nicole really cares a lot about keeping your hair healthy and giving you what you want. She is approachable and makes it easy to sit 3 hours in 1 chair. Fair pricing too.

Nicole did an amazing job turning my hair from a light brown/dirty blond to a light silver/blond over the last year and a half. After this last appointment, I have had so many compliments on my hair even 3 months since I last had it done. Definitely recommend if you want a healthy transition from dark to light.

I wanted a face-framing haircut by a stylist using shears rather than razor. Nicole was knowledgeable and honest. My hair is thick with very fine strands.. It takes extra methods to get the style to hold. Nicole used her shears and removed the damage from last stylist who used razor. Nicole was meticulous and did a great job on my haircut.
