Hair by Lillian Self

I saw Lillian for the first time a few months ago and to say I was delighted would be an understatement. Her space is immaculate and she followed all necessary Covid-19 safety precautions (mask, wiping down seats, only 1 client in her space at a time, etc.). I have always preferred to work with a stylist who can help me make good choices about the style that would work best with my hair type and more importantly my styling ability! Lillian is amazing. She listened to what I wanted, made some suggestions of her own and then got to work. I am thrilled with the results. Now, I simply run a brush through my hair and it looks styled! Lillian is truly amazing! I will definitely be going back soon!

Lillian has been doing my hair for over a year now. She knows my style and always gives great suggestions when asked about what would look best on me! I get sooooo many compliments on my hair. She carefully follows all COVID precautions and it’s only ever been one me (one client) and her in the studio at the time. Great service with very reasonable pricing! Highly recommend!

Attempted to contact Hair by Lillian Self about 10 times via a combination of phone, text and email as I'd purchased a Groupon. Never received a return call for appointment so I reported to Groupon and got a refund.

I normally would not ever write a negative review but I have to say that I am so unhappy about my appointment that was scheduled and Lillan didn't bother to contact me nor show up for the appointment. I waited outside her business for 15 minutes and then texted her to find out that she would not be in for my appointment.

Had a keratin treatment/ Brazilian blowout done here and I am SOOO impressed. My hair feels like heaven!!
