I came on a whim, hoping they take walk ins, (they do, but they also respect their clients who have appointments) Our stylist Miriam told us she had 2 appointments, but said she could fit us in if we waited. We decided to wait, and I am so glad we did. You really feel a sense of family, they brought my daughter a shirt to wear so they didn’t risk ruining her clothes, I thought that was so sweet. Miriam went over extensively what my daughter wanted, showing her pictures, differences in color, the width of the highlights, type of cut. She really put in the time to talk to my daughter to really understand what she wanted. They have the cutest cat!!! The salon is very modern with color scheme, waiting area, chairs, etc. Pricing is very fair and right in the range I was expecting for a color, c

They did a good job straightening my hair and they even have a cute friendly cat that will come up to you during your appointment. Their prices are reasonable as well. Hope to return again! Would recommend to anyone.

I have been to this hair establishment four times. The first two were good experiences. They always cut and colored my hair to perfection. The third time I had went in and sat down since all stylist were busy with customers. I was never greeted or asked what I needed, I waited and waited and still was not spoken to or asked if I needed help. The last time I went I sat down and still was never greeted other men who had just walked in were helped right away with no problem. I kept getting overlooked and had to wait. That was the last time I went there.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Are they good at cutting hair and styling maybe, however due to their lack of professionalism I can’t bring myself to ever go back. They are always late to their opening times that they set. And you will only get better treatment if speak Spanish or are good friends of the people that work there. Also on a Saturday they only have one person working which doesn’t make sense it’s the busiest day. None of this establishment makes sense.
