Ashley is a very nice and hospitable person, and I felt at ease chatting with her the whole time. First impression of the salon was that it was slightly dirty. There was hair (not my own) in the cracks of the salon chair and on the floor. I got a full head of highlights, but unfortunately, they didn't turn out as well as I had hoped. While I was pleased with a majority of the highlights and the toned color, there was a noticeably uneven bleached area that made my widows peak appear to have a kind of ‘spot’. When I brought this up, Ashley responded saying it was just how it was and she wouldn't be able to change it. I returned home, bought bleach and toner from Sally's Beauty, and fixed it. I loved my experience at Elevation Hair Company! I found that the staff and environment was so welcoming. My hair turns out amazing every time!! I go to see Ashley, but all the other stylists are also amazing! AND they have an in salon lash specialist!

My extensions itched intensely for multiple days. They were inserted improperly and caused a rash. I had to get them taken out almost immediately. I paid $1000! When I asked what I should do about the itching, I was just told to itch my hair with a comb. I had to pay a lot of money to get them removed and re-inserted at a different salon. She didn’t offer to fix the extensions or remove them for free. There was ZERO follow up! Very unprofessional service.. stay away for extensions!

Ashely is so incredibly talented and authentic! She makes everything she does look easy, even though it takes such skill, because she is so good at what she does! She’s easy to become friends with and remembers you and your story, which is so special and makes me want to come back for more awesome conversations. I have NEVER been disappointed and I’ve been seeing her for my hair needs for 3 years.

The ladies at Elevation Hair Company are awesome! Very fair pricing and they offer great services. I love their environment, it is very welcoming and comfortable. I also really like that they offer eyelash services as well as hair services. I highly recommend them!
