I had an amazing experience at this hair braiding shop! The stylists are incredibly skilled, fast, and pay close attention to detail. Customer service needs work. Walked in and asked the woman at the counter for some assistance, but stopped mid-sentence when she completely disregarded my existence. A small girl was there, maybe 5 years old, sweet as can be. SHE attempted to help me find what I needed. I thanked and praised her for her help, even though the store carried very little inventory and I didn't get what I needed. If the little girl wasn't there, I'd give 1 star.

Sherranne is so talented. She’s done my hair twice now, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The chill environment, the entertainment, and the tea spilling are all reasons why I love Hair Braiding & Supply! 10/10 recommend!
